Conners Mill
Situated on Stirling Terrace and built in 1870, this is the town's third steam driven flour mill. A working model steam generator drives flour mill equipment on the first floor. The flour mill display follows through from wheat in the head to flour and the various by-products. This three storey building now houses the Tourist Centre.

On the top floor is the recreated living quarters of the Piesse Family who operated the mill as a Power house and also lived on the premises.
Open daily.

Coorinja Winery
Located 5km from Toodyay on the Perth -Toodyay Road the winery specialises in fortified wines, particularly port with a small selection of table wines. Coorinja is one of the few wineries from last century still in operation. The historic brick and stone cellars date from the 1870's.

Old Newcastle Gaol Museum
In the museum you can see unique colonial artifacts, experience the hard lifestyle of convicts such as Moondyne Joe or try bottle rubbing or have fun participating in a mock courtroom trial.

Old Railway Station Museum
Northam was linked with Perth by rail in 1886, and was the gateway to the Kalgoorlie Goldfields for many eager prospectors. The old railway station has on display, yesteryear memorabilia including a steam engine and carriages.

York Motor Museum
Established in 1979 the museum houses more than 200 classic and vintage cars, motorcycles and horsedrawn vehicles. This priceless collection is well worth a visit and remember to make time for a Charabanc ride!

Historic Balladong Farm
Western Australia's first inland farm, established in 1831. Visitors can wander through restored farm buildings and view horse drawn machinery. Hand feed and touch the full range of animals found on a traditional mixed farm. See blacksmithing and spinning demonstrations as well as seasonal farming activities. Open daily except Fridays 10am-5pm.

Old Gaol and Court House
Built from local stone and opened by Sir John Forrest in 1895 the Court House has been restored by the National Trust. Houses the original Post Office switchboard. The Court is still used as Court of Petty Sessions.

Settlers House
Originally a private home built in the 1850's, it housed the State's first newspaper "The Eastern Districts Chronicle" in 1877. Now a unique 1850's style accommodation Inn.

Beverley Aeronautical Museum
Home of the "Silver Centenary," the first privately built bi-plane in W.A. There are engines and parts along with a photographic display depicting the early flying days in Western Australia.
Open daily 9am - 4pm.

Yenyening Lakes
Located 36 km south-east of Beverley. The view of Yenyening Lakes from the summit of County Peak is quite spectacular. The lakes and surrounding land are a wildlife sanctuary monitored by CALM. This is a popular water ski-ing spot during September.

Beverley Courthouse and Police Station
Situated on the corner of Vincent and Bartram Streets the Courthouse and Old Police Station are fine examples of George Temple Poole's architecture. Built in 1897 the building now houses local arts and crafts.

Avondale Discovery Farm
A part of the Avon Ascent project and situated 6km west of Beverley. Visitors are able to view both our past and present agricultural methods. Attractions include the largest collection of farm machinery in the Southern Hemisphere, the historic homestead circa 1850's set in traditional colonial gardens and, visit the oregon stables home to the Clydesdale horses. This is and ideal spot for picnics and barbecues.
